We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all our customers across India.

📦 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, covering most PIN codes.
In rare cases where courier services are unavailable, we will notify you promptly.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partner.

🚚 Delivery Time

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days

  • Remote or rural locations may take additional 2–4 days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on on all  products

  • Standard Shipping Fee: no Standard shipping fee 

Any shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via:

  • Email

  • SMS / WhatsApp (if provided)

Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to become active.

❌ Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please wait 2–3 extra business days

  2. Contact us at [kiingdotin@email.com] with your Order ID

We will coordinate with the courier partner and update you promptly.

📍 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for re-delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by address errors

📦 Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged:

  • Please record a video while opening the package

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos

This helps us resolve issues faster with our suppliers.

🔄 Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability.
You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
